By accessing or using Calqly (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. They apply to all visitors, registered users, API consumers, and Enterprise customers.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes are notified via email or a website banner, effective 30 days after posting.
Calqly provides online calculators and APIs for financial, tax, productivity, and sustainability calculations. All calculations are estimates based on publicly available data and standardized formulas.
Calqly is for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, tax, legal, or professional advice and do not guarantee accuracy for your specific situation. Always verify with primary sources or a qualified professional.
Anonymous use requires no account. Pro features, API keys, and saved states require a valid email. You are responsible for your account and key security.
Free tier: 1,000 req/day, 10/min. Pro tier: 10,000/day, 100/min. Enterprise: custom. Keys are non-transferable; sharing across organizations is prohibited.
Calculator designs, code, formulas, and content are owned by Calqly or licensed to us. Our React component library is open source (MIT).
API data may be integrated into your applications with attribution. Reselling raw API data as a standalone product is prohibited.
- Illegal activities (money laundering, tax evasion, sanctions violations).
- Presenting results as professional advice when unqualified.
- Circumventing rate limits via multiple accounts or proxies.
- Scraping the site instead of using the API.
- Spam, phishing, or malware distribution via webhooks.
- Copy-pasting our data/formulas to build a directly competing platform.
Violations result in immediate termination, key revocation, and potential legal action.
Pro: $5/month per key, billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime with prorated refunds. Price changes require 30 days notice; existing subscribers grandfathered for 6 months.
Refund: full refund within 7 days if <100 requests made. Failed payments retried at 3 and 7 days; suspended after 10, downgraded after 30.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant accuracy of results for your specific situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calqly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to us in the prior 12 months or $100 if you have not paid us.
Calculator results are estimates. Your actual remittance costs, tax liability, or carbon footprint may differ significantly. Verify with primary sources before financial decisions.
Governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes first to informal resolution at legal@calqly.com within 30 days. Unresolved disputes to binding AAA arbitration in Delaware. Class-action waiver applies (does not apply to EU consumers).
We may terminate accounts for Terms violations. Upon termination, API keys are revoked and saved states deleted within 30 days. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive.
Severability, no-waiver, no-assignment-without-consent, entire agreement, and force-majeure clauses apply. Legal notices to legal@calqly.com. These Terms are in English; translations are for convenience only.
